Glow Worm Trail Run in the spectacular Wolgan valley beyond the Blue Mountains with unique limestone features and caves worn from the rock through ages of erosion.  GWTR well supported by our NSW squaddies and you’ll see many of the famous ‘jet plane’ shirts in action this June.  We have written a programme specific to this classic event, yours for just $12/w!

Yaberoo Ultra (WA), This July, run on the trails of Neerabup National Park incorporating the Yaberoo Budjara Heritage Trail, this Ultra fringes the Northern Suburbs from Joondalup to Butler entirely on Limestone and natural trail with no road crossings. Distances this year include 15/25/50k and we have that training plan!

Raffertys Coastal Run is popular with SQUADRUN athletes and we’ve plenty lining up for this stunning race each July.  We have drafted programmes for them.  Join us with a ‘Train to Rafferty’s” plan today!

Surf Coast Century takes in some spectacular coastline along Victoria’s rugged southern reaches.  Starting and finishing in Anglesea we’ve training programmes for the 100km, 50km and relay options with graduated volumes and training intensities that are written specifically for you.

Kokoda Challenge (the one in the Gold Coast, not the one in Papua New Guinea, but we could write a plan for that one too if you wanted…).  Somehow I (Kerry) got put in somewhat of a competitive team for this one so I’ll be there on the start line WITH YOU and with any luck, on the Finish line before you (hah!).  If not, please drag my butt to the end.  This plan is a bit tricky as Kokoda is a teams event but essentially if you plan to train and race together as a team, I can create a programme for your team or if you want to go on MY training plan you can!  $12/w and we’ll see you there!

Oxfam Trailwalker! We’ve SQUADRUN athletes gearing up for the Sydney event and we’ve created a programme for them and that race.  If you’re doing ANY Oxfam Trailwalker anywhere in Australia we can create a programme for you and your team.

Dubbo Stampede This was a special request training plan for one of our special squaddies who we consider family.  What a great looking little run around the zoo – Lions and Tigers and Bears – Oh my!  If you want to race Dubbo (any distance) get in touch and we’ll work with you on a programme specific to your needs.

Coastal Classic Our absolute favourite stretch of coast line on the continent steeped in history with scenery that will blow your mind.  This is the one run I MUST do every year.  In 2017 major upgrades to the track have seen long sections of elevated boardwalk get added and it’s looking FAST out there despite the usual first 10km of coastal jungle muck.  Get the training programme that’s written specifically for the Coastal Classic with distances and intensities that are right for YOU!

Wild Earth Coastal High 50 is an iconic ultra trail running event traversing amazing trails in the World Heritage listed Springbrook and Lamington National Parks in Queensland’s spectacular Gold Coast Hinterland.  We spend a bit of time on the Goldie and while the sun sets in seconds it never seems to rain or get cold.  Looking for an excuse for a ‘holiday ultra’?  Look no further!  Dump the kids at Dreamworld and run 50km of Hinterland goodness.

Great North Walk Ultra ‘Australias toughest ultra’ because you hate your legs.  Whether you’re in for the 100km or the 100mi we can work with you on a programme that has you as ready as you’ll ever be.

Glasshouse Trail Series Queensland’s favourite trail running weekend has been challenging athletes of all abilities across distances from 11.2km, 30km, 50km, 100km or 161km – WE HAVE THAT PROGRAMME!
We’ve had a heap of requests for programmes to this popular event and we’re expecting a strong showing of SQUADDIES come the Second-Sunday of September!

Surf Coast Century We’ve taken a liking to this event since first hearing about it.  Meeting Sam the event director at the UTA expo really drove it home.  We’re sending SQUADDIES!!!  There’s been a lot of talk around the traps of our athletes keen to get on the start line of this one and even Ali pestering us to commit to some time on the Vic coast.  It could happen…

Yurrebilla Trail Ultra The Yurrebilla Trail is one of Adelaide’s treasures. The trail winds its way through a series of National Parks and Conservation Reserves under the Mt Lofty summit, as it makes its way across the western face of the Adelaide Hills. Never more than 12 km from the centre of Adelaide, the trail offers stunning views, amazing gorges, waterfalls, wildlife and wildflowers.  We have several different programmes customised for this event of varying distances, we’ll get the right one for you and tailor it to your fitness for $12/w.

Great Ocean Walkway 100 rumbles it’s way from Apollo Bay to the unique ’12 Apostles’.  SQUADRUN Coach Kerry won this event in 2016, knows the course and what it takes to get it done.  Meanwhile Coach Ali took on the 2-person relay.  We know this event intimately, love it and will most certainly be back to do it again.  The race takes place early October and training starts NOW!  Get in touch and we’ll have you training for hill, sand and celebration.

Hounslow Classic off the edge of Blackheath into the Grose and back again. 68km or ‘just’ the half-marathon, this plan will see you ready to tackle the stairs and return home with a smile.  SkyRunning races are world famous for chasing vert and you can bet these programmes have that in mind.  STAIRS!  You want stairs, we have stairs (you asked for it).  Dozens of our SQUADRUN athletes attended this race last year and all-but-one finished (you know who you are…Hal)

Hume to Hovell Ultra Starting and finishing at Henry Angel Trackhead the H2H retraces the historic route taken by Explorers Hume & Hovell on their 1824 expedition to Port Phillip Bay.  We’ve had several squaddies request a plan for this emerging event are you guessed – we wrote that programme!  If you are thinking of entering H2H get in touch with us to get your training started today!

Ultra-trail Australia Each year almost 200 of our athletes will tackle the  through the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park NSW.  We are the TRUSTED AFFILIATED training partner for this event FOR GOOD REASON.  No one knows the event like we do.  Training for this race begins when you’re ready and you can join us at any time.  If you have serious ambitions to tackle this incredible ultra marathon next year – speak to us now and we’ll help you plan and prepare.
